Cassie Goryl has over ten years of experience working in nearly all functional areas of higher education human resources, with special emphasis on performance management, recognition programs, learning and development, and employee and labor relations. She is committed to creating positive work environments and communities that embrace diversity and promote equity
and inclusion.
Having most recently served at the Rhode Island School of Design, and with more than 14 years of higher education experience, Cassie now works as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Women and Infants Hospital (Care New England.)
She is a compassionate leader with a passion for helping employees and managers to build effective, productive working relationships. Cassie also loves helping employees discover how they best thrive within their working environment, is a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Cassie obtained her Bachelor’s in Communication (with a concentration in public relations and a double minor in business administration and marketing,) from Bryant University. She also received her Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University’s Executive Development Center.
